The website is operated by Be Jewelled Swim. By your use of our website, you are compiling and accepting the terms and conditions, which may be changed and updated without your knowledge. If you do not wish to be bound by the terms and conditions, you should not have access or use of our website. 

Be Jewelled Swim has used its best efforts and endeavours to deliver all information, graphics, images, audios and videos accurately to depict the sale of our products. We are not held liable for any errors or defects on our website upon your visit. The resolution of the screen on the device you access our website on may not constitute a precise portrayal of the true colour of an item. 

The products advertised on this website are available up until a certain point. Customers will be notified if a product is out of stock. Items can only be available to consumers who can make legally binding contracts. 

Purchases and Payments: Consumers who decide to purchase with our brand must provide complete and accurate banking details. All prices are processed in AUD and may include GST. Be Jewelled Swim is not responsible if an incorrect delivery address is provided to us during the process of a payment. If the delivery address given is deemed inaccurate, we will contact the consumer immediately. 

Each payment processor operates differently although, if a customer decides to process an order through PayPal or Afterpay it is essential that they are over the age of 18 years old and own an account. However, to clarify it is not a prerequisite to own a PayPal or Afterpay account to shop within our store. For Afterpay users, an additional requirement is to have an existing Visa or Mastercard Debit/Credit Card.  

Order Processing: Orders will be processed on business days (Monday - Friday) excluding NSW Public Holidays. Production may take place on weekends. 

As previously mentioned, it is crucial that our customers are aware that all items are hand made. Due to this factor, production is anywhere between 1 - 3 business days. Once the order is fulfilled, it will be immediately shipped out. 

Consumers will be sent an email highlighting their recent order including the price of the product and shipping. A tracking number will also be provided once items have been shipped out. 

If attempted delivery or communication through text is unattended to, AusPost / DHL will leave a note at your door informing you that your parcel has been taken to your local post office for pickup. If the package has not been collected after 10 business days it will be returned to us. We unfortunately cannot offer any refunds or replacements for abandoned items. 

Be Jewelled Swim is not liable nor responsible for any packages that have been stolen, misplaced or damaged during transit or upon delivery. In the unfortunate case that this event may happen, we are unable to issue any refunds or replacements. We appreciate your understanding. 

Cancellation: In the rare case that we cannot provide the consumer with the requested product, we reserve the right to cancel the order. The customer will be contacted immediately in the event that this may happen. 

Due to this fact, Be Jewelled Swim is not liable to compensate for any further expenses or inconveniences consumers may face as a result of a cancellation. 

Fraud Detection: If we detect that credit card information given is deemed fraudulent, we will contact the consumer to provide us with the correct and accurate details. If we do not receive a response after 7 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order immediately. Production will not be commenced unless we can confirm the consumer's details.

Our content is protected by copyright and the Designs Act 2003 (Cth) and other laws of similar nature. Be Jewelled Swim is extremely proactive in protecting all designs and products. It is rigorously forbidden to produce electronic copies of products with the intent to replicate our designs. If discovered, we have every right to take further action.
