Returns Policy

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we recommend that the customer does not enter a legally binding contract, in this circumstance the purchase of an item, without agreeing to the terms of conditions. 

It is crucial that the consumer has a full understanding of the brand’s store policies and procedures as well as terms and conditions prior to making a purchase. 

Furthermore, we strongly suggest consumers to overview their selections which can include size, colour and quantity of an item before placing the order to avoid receiving an unwanted product. This is especially important for customised and personalised items. 

Cancellation: We completely understand if you have a change of heart and would like to cancel your order, although we unfortunately do not offer this option as each and every product we sell is handmade. 

Exchanges: In most cases, we offer exchanges on items, although it is the customers responsibility to cover all shipping costs when returning the item back to us. 

We only offer exchanges within a 7 DAY TIME PERIOD and the original item must be returned back in the condition it was received in. This means all tags, hygiene pads and packaging MUST be left remaining. 

Refund: Refunds can be offered or rejected depending on the status of the item purchased. We value our customers happiness, and if an item is not up to your satisfaction you may return it. Our brand offers a full refund within a 14 day period

Please understand that it is your responsibility to cover the shipping funds on all return orders, unless the product arrives damaged or faulty on OUR accord. The shipping funds calculated by AusPost may differentiate depending on the weight of the package.

Accepted Returns: Our brand reserves the right to reject any items that do not follow through with the statements below: 

  • The item is in original condition 
  • The item is unworn, unwashed and all tags are still attached and intact 
  • The item does not have any odours - this also includes perfume and deodorant 
  • The item has completely no stains or marks - this also includes spray tan, deodorant marks or any makeup stains
  • The item is returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date 
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is provided to us 

 All returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. The funds will not be refunded until we receive the returned package. Once the package arrives, it may take up to 5 - 7 business days to process. If any delays occur that exceed the given time frame we will contact you personally. 

    The following items are ineligible for a refund or return:

    Clearance or Limited Edition Items: These products are limited styles and will not be restocked again *please note that the product page will state whether an item is a clearance or limited edition item* 

    Discounted or On Sale Items: Items that were purchased on sale are not eligible for a return. 

    Faulty Items: If an item is deemed faulty by the receiver, Be Jewelled Swim will undergo an investigation to determine whether or not we are at fault. Be Jewelled Swim takes high precaution, precision and pride when manufacturing, producing or packing an item. We would never want our customers to receive a poorly made or damaged item. Be Jewelled Swim does photograph all items before being sent out to ensure they arrive in the same state as they were sent out in. 

    If Be Jewelled Swim is deemed to be at fault, we will reimburse the receiver with either: 

    • a full refund on the item, including shipping 
    • a replacement item

    Under the conditions that the item is sent back: 

    • Unworn
    • In original condition  
    • All tags are still attached 
    • We are notified within 14 days of the delivery date via bejewelledswim@gmail.com
    • Evidence is included in the email such as a brief description of the fault as well as pictures backing up your claims. Through this we are able to launch an investigation to assess the claims before the item is returned back to us 

    We do not accept returns of faulty items if the following takes place: 

    • The fault occurred after we sent out the product 
    • The fault occurred during transit and delivery 
    • The fault occurred while the item has been worn by the receiver 
    • The investigation proves that Be Jewelled Swim is not held liable nor responsible for the fault 

    We strive to deliver high quality and durable items to our customers. In the rare case that a fault has occurred on our accord, a refund will be rewarded. Please take note that refunds take 5 - 7 business days to process as well as for the funds to reflect in your account.
