Be Jewelled Swim currently ships internationally. Free domestic shipping for orders over $150
The current shipping prices are as stated:
Australia - AusPost - Standard Delivery: $10.00 AUD: 2 - 8 Business Days
Australia - AusPost - Express Delivery: $15.00 AUD: 2 - 4 Business Days
New Zealand - DHL Express: $25.00 AUD: 2 - 5 Business Days
Rest of World - DHL Express: $30.00 AUD: 3 - 10 Business Days
If an order is made after 3pm on a Friday, it will be shipped out the next business day - Monday.
The delivery times stated are a rough estimate as to when you may receive your order. If a delivery time has exceeded the given time frame, please email us at bejewelledswim@gmail.com
All customers will receive a tracking number. It is your responsibility to track your item once it has been shipped out.
Further Delivery Information: All AusPost / DHL parcels require a signature of acknowledgement that the item has been received by the sender. If you are not at home when an attempted delivery is made, AusPost / DHL will notify you through text whether or not you give permission for them to deem a safe place to situate the parcel at the address.
Be Jewelled Swim is not liable nor responsible for any packages that have been stolen, misplaced or damaged during transit or upon delivery. In the unfortunate case that this event may happen, we are unable to issue any refunds or replacements. We appreciate your understanding.
Important Note: As previously mentioned, it is crucial that our customers are aware that all items are hand made. Due to this factor, production is anywhere between 1 - 3 business days. Once the order is fulfilled, it will be immediately shipped out.
Express Shipping Orders: Orders checked out with express shipping will be prioritised first.
